Founded by architect Giovanni Pezzino in 2008.  The goal and mission are interchangeable and one that the founder believes will make Giovanni Pezzino Architects one of the leading architectural and interior design firms. 

GPA's philosophy of purposeful and authentic design integrates the imaginative and skillful manipulation of form, as well as the ability to draw inspiration from a broad body of knowledge.  It's vision is one of essence,  authenticity and purpose. 

Giovanni Pezzino Architects, PA was founded in January 2008 and is located in Miami, FL.  Although a young firm, the experience of the founder goes far
beyond the date of incorporation.  With over 26 years of experience,
Giovanni Pezzino has evolved into an architect with diverse capabilities that
cover a wide range of areas including but not limited to; Interior Design,
FF&E Selection and Purchase, Architecture, Planning, Zoning Analysis,
Feasibility studies, Sustainability, Code Compliance, Construction Administration,
Construction Supervision and Management, and Permit Processing.

The Firm is able to offer a wide variety of quality services due to very good relationships
with highly skilled and qualified associates and consultants.  Having worked and collaborated
on many projects over the years, the firm prides itself on these relationships and believes
that good relationships, especially with the client, is the foundation of all successful projects.

President and founder Giovanni Pezzino, AIA received a Bachelor of Science
in Architectural Technology in 1994 from the New York Institute of Technology
and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.  
In his constant pursuit of professional growth and added value, he has received his
LEED certification in March of '09.  He now places emphasis on sustainable
solutions and promotes sustainable initiatives with all his projects.   
Giovanni Pezzino is also NCARB certified.  An important certification
facilitating licensure through endorsement or reciprocity in all 50 states,
Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands.  Mr. Pezzino is licensed in New York and
Florida and is currently a Miami Chapter AIA member.  He also holds a Florida real estate license and recently obtained his New York real estate license to further enhance and compliment the profession by providing real estate services to potential clients. GPA’s Realty services focuses on working with investors and home owners in NY and FL, who are interested in adding value with architecture. The goal is to establish an investment strategy that fits the client’s objectives. Whether it be a ‘Buy and Hold’, ‘Fix and Flip’ or Multi family scenario, GPA will assist with the Realty and Architectural related services, such as: Design, New Construction, Remodeling, Legalizations, Permitting, Buying and Selling.
